I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healthy eating. Individuality is a beautiful thing & I customize all of my menus to each of my client’s tastes and dietary needs, whether they be vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, ketogenic or of any other persuasion. Here are my personal shopping guidelines & what you can expect from my food:

  • Organic, seasonal fruits & vegetables, local whenever possible

  • Organic whole grains, if tolerated

  • Antibiotic & hormone-free meats, grass-fed when available

  • Organic dairy & pasture raised eggs

  • Organic extra-virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil & ghee

  • Organic coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey & agave
