Private Cooking Classes
One-on-one cooking classes are perfect if you’re looking to learn how to cook beyond just following recipes. I provide a hands-on experience that will teach you techniques and shortcuts to make your meal planning, shopping and cooking a breeze. Best of all, you’ll gain confidence in your kitchen skills and be able to make delicious food of your very own. Private cooking classes cover knife skills, organization, and healthy cooking methods.
Do you have specific dishes you’d like to make healthier? Are you newly diagnosed with an allergy or health condition and not sure where to get started? We’ll work together to create a custom menu based on your individual tastes and dietary needs. We’ll prepare food for dinner that night or to store for the week. All private classes are hands-on and take place in the comfort of your own home.
Individual cooking classes start at $150 for a 2-3 hour class + the cost of food.
Group Cooking Classes & Parties
Group cooking classes are such a fun way to spend a night with family or friends! Have you always wanted to learn how to roll sushi? Make your own pizza? DIY some ramen bowls? Here’s your chance! A group cooking class is perfect for any occasion and can be customized for all diets.
Group classes can be as hands-on or laid back as you want them to be. We’ll work together to create a custom menu and then I handle all of the planning and shopping and provide you and your guests with a one-of-a-kind cooking experience.
Group cooking classes for parties of 2-10 people start at $200 for a 2-3 hour class + the cost of food.

With nutrition coaching, I give you my best tools (recipes, meal planning tips, and shopping lists) along with personal guidance and check-ins. Nutrition coaching provides you with a trusted teacher to help clear the noise and an accountability partner who will help you stick to your plan.
